Artisan butchers from father to son for over 50 years, we promote short supply chains: butchery, charcuterie (many of which are home-made), cheese...

Description

Here you'll find quality meats: beef and veal from Savoie and lamb from Terra Modana.
Come and discover our home-made dry sausages, donkey diots, chipolatas, merguez and seasoned specialties, terrines and ready-made meals...
Our butchered animals have been worked and processed on our premises for three generations, in the pure tradition of traditional butchery.
Our meat comes from animals purchased live from Savoyard breeders: Josiane and Jean-Pierre Tourt in Val Cenis Lanslebourg, Michel Cervellin in Saint-Pierre de Soucy, Agnès and Michel Mollard in Saint-André, Véronique and Jacques Detienne in Aussois.
