The tools and manuscripts on display trace the history of this bread, which was the staple food of the time, from the cultivation of the cereals to the production and cooking in common in the communal oven, which is put back into service every summer.
Description
Bread was a staple food at the time and the exhibition traces its history, from the cultivation of cereals to kneading and baking. Numerous tools and furniture are presented: kneading trough, van, rack, etc.
The bread was baked in the oven together and it was an opportunity for the villagers to get together.

From 10/10/2023 to 05/05/2024 from 2pm to 6pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Open at the same time as the Archaeology Museum.
