I am happy to offer you a break during this mindfulness massage that allows a reduction of stress, its benefits are reflected through the nervous system on the whole body and on a psychological level. A real bubble of happiness that will rebalance your energies.

Relaxation massage of the feet: The massage of the feet gets a feeling of well being, of deep relaxation and tranquility, it participates in the improvement of the health or in its maintenance.

Leg massage: For athletes or people who have heavy legs, the leg massage will bring you a feeling of lightness and will allow you to deeply relax the muscles and tissues.
