Independent chalet of traditional style, in stones and slates, located at the edge of the old village of Bonneval-sur-Arc. This chalet for 6/7 persons has been recently refurbished into a large, spacious and bright duplex apartment.

The chalet La Fleuria is located near the pretty village of Bonneval-sur-Arc, above the hotel "le Glacier des Evettes".

This apartment of 110 m², spacious and bright (south facing) can accommodate 6/7 people. The decoration is neat and warm.

Composition:
On the first floor:
- A first room with an equipped kitchen, a large cupboard, a large table with chairs and bench and a closed laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- A living room with 2 sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a large television
- A toilet
On the first floor:
- A large bedroom with 1 bed in 160x200, a wardrobe, a small desk and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub
- A second room with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190, a large wardrobe
- A third bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, a chest of drawers and a storage space
- A second bathroom with a large shower and a toilet

The apartment has a large private outdoor space in front of the chalet with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue in summer as well as 2 balconies, each room having access to one of them.

In order to make your stay pleasant, we put at your disposal a 4G box in order to have Internet, an Internet radio, bluetooth speakers and many books, comics and board games.

The chalet La Fleuria is located near the slopes for children and beginners. It is about 500 meters from the start of the chairlift to the ski area.

In winter, a shuttle bus is at your disposal and passes continuously in front of the hotel of the Evettes glacier to facilitate your movements.

In summer, you can leave your car in front of the chalet or park it below in the designated areas (parking is free). In winter, it is often impossible to access the chalet by car.
