To improve your level while making friends. Come and compare yourself against the others and beat the clock racing down Val Cenis' slopes. -
ON THE PROGRAM:
Fundamental skiing
Technical analysis, individual correction using video support
Training for slalom and giant slalom races with automatic participation in the official timed races.
Learning to prepare skis
EQUIPMENT:
A back protector and helmet are very strongly advised.
This course is held during the Christmas and February school holidays, only at the Lanslevillard meeting point.
