  • This workshop offers you a culinary journey back in time. It begins with the guided tour of the St Sébastien chapel and its murals from the 16th century. Then, it's time to bake rissoles, these little turnovers flavored with spices, sweet or salty. They were already tasted in the Middle Ages, especially at the table of the Duke of Savoy Amédée VII. We continue the tradition of this original and appreciated recipe for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
