A tourist residence located in the heart of the Haute Maurienne valley, it is composed of 9 chalets, with architecture breathing the Savoyard tradition, which surround a square lined with shops.

This small hamlet is an ideal playground for children. Built in keeping with local traditions, Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village offers spacious apartments for 2 to 16 people, in a woodsy atmosphere with modern comforts. The reception, located in the main building, gives you access to a convivial lounge and seminar room. For your well-being, the residence offers 6 entries per person per week to the swimming pool at the Parc de Loisirs des Glières, 200m from the residence.
To get to the slopes, you can put on your skis at the foot of the last chalet and glide down to the departure point of the "Val Cenis le Haut" gondola, just 200m from the residence. On site you'll find a grocery store (Sherpa), a restaurant (La Bergerie), a ski and sportswear rental store (Sport 2000) and a launderette. An ESF ski school counter is open on weekends during school vacations. For your comfort, bed linen is provided, bathrooms are equipped with whirlpool baths, wifi access is free at reception and in the apartments, and a wood-burning stove is installed in the larger apartments (from 6/8 people).

Composition of a 12-14 person apartment:
- A kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and ceramic hob,
- Living room with pull-out sofa for 2 people, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone (excluding communication),
- Six double bedrooms with 2 side-by-side 90cm beds,
- Six bathrooms with whirlpool bath + 1 shower room + 7 WCs.
Bed linen included (1 set/ pers/ week).
All apartments have balconies.
Duplex apartments. Cots and high chairs available on request.
