Amma type massage: intervention on your vacation place, in company, on an event. Amma is a seated massage with clothes on. Amma means "to calm by touch".
Description
It is a succession of pressures, sweeps, stretches and percussions that aim to bring well-being, relaxation, and letting go. It is a very good way to manage stress and to regain dynamism. A seated Amma session is safe and is for anyone in good health.
It is necessary to be able to sit on the ergonomic chair.
Contra-indications : People who are fasting, pregnant women, pacemaker wearers, unstabilized epileptics. All sanitary measures are respected (hand washing, disinfection of the chair, ventilation of the room, wearing of the mask, hydroalcoholic gel, disposable headrest....).
