Vanoise national park entrance

The Orgère valley is closed to the north by the Aiguille Doran and the Rateau d’Aussois, close to this “place where barley is grown” (hence the word “Orgère”).

It is not uncommon to see ibex on the side of the Aiguille Doran, as well as marmots along the brook of Povaret.

You walk (depending on the season) in the middle of a huge carpet of flowers more exceptional ones than the others.

Everyone can find its ideal walk, whether it is families with strollers, people wishing to discover the valley with a guide or the most sporty wishing to cross passes.

Inquire at the Tourist Office of La Norma or in refuges.
