Les

musiciens

He is the first non-Swiss to win a first solo prize at the French horn competition in Nendaz in 2008, Alexandre Jous explores the different facets of the instrument.

As much in jazz, hip hop, electro music, reggae as in pure respect for tradition, his concerts have been exported to the United States, China, Morocco, Estonia, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain … for 10 years.

Alexandre is currently shooting a film on the concept of improvisation on the different summits.

A group with both traditional and modern influences. This group of 4 musicians combines the powerful sound of the Irish bagpipes (Uilleann Pipes) with that of the wooden transverse flute, all accompanied by a Guitar and a Bodhràn (percussion).

Their music is anchored in a tradition of Irish music that they have discovered through festivals and meetings over the years.

This Franco-Celtic group ensures each time a dynamic and festive concert with its singer Tim O’Connor who has played all over the world mixing eclectic folk alternative, rock and traditional Irish music.

For this new formation, Tim is accompanied by the Irish flautist Paul Daly, the Scottish guitarist Adam Wilson and his 30 years of experience, and Paul Banvillet, drummer and percussionist.

The evening of August 12 will be opened with a musical aperitif with the Mauritian musicians, Julien Anxionnaz and Lionel Tuaz who will offer you an alpine escape in an accordion-voice duo.

Created in Lyon in 2017, the Banitsa group explores Bulgarian music through a dancing and festive repertoire.

Composed of 2 kavals (oblique flutes), violin, tamboura (long-necked lute), double bass and tapan (double skin percussion), Banitsa seeks an authentic sound in a style faithful to the Balkan tradition.
