Trail de la pierre aux lièvres

Aussois
La Pierre aux Lièvres - OTHMV - D. CUVELIER

If you like legends told in storytelling, you'll love this hike through the mountain pastures.
A stone steeped in history awaits you along the way. But who are these four friends who make up the legend of Peyra Levrousa?

Description

Calves tickled by unruly grasshoppers, you can already hear the distant whistle of marmots watching over you. The breeze gently sweeps through the soft grass, as supple as angel hair. In early summer, you follow with your eyes the still clumsy little jumps of the cheeky young lambs. They even seem to show you the way to a rock that seems to have fallen from the sky long ago. Now you're off to meet four hares who have undertaken to carry the rock on their backs and throw it at the bell tower. Petrified on the spot and crushed by their enormous load, what happened to them? Can you find them by crawling under the rock? To be on the safe side, you'll want to read an amusing legend that has survived the centuries. Your curiosity satisfied, you take a deep breath and sit down for a delicious gourmet break.
