Fromagerie Coopérative de Termignon
Sophie welcomes you to the Val Cenis Termignon store, where you'll find our Beaufort PDO and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc products, as well as a wide range of local yogurts and farmhouse cheeses and Savoy products.
Description
Open in summer and winter, this outlet is part of the Coopérative Laitière de Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
This cooperative groups together 40 farms in Haute Maurienne, including 11 producers in Val-Cenis Termignon. It processes 5 million liters of raw milk into Beaufort (11,000 wheels) and 64 tonnes into Bleu de Bonneval every year.
You'll find our Beaufort and Bleu de Bonneval sur Arc products, as well as farmhouse products from Haute Maurienne: goat's milk, sheep's milk, yoghurts, etc., cheeses and other products from the Savoy mountains: wines, charcuterie, honeys, jams, etc., in a short, fair trade circuit.
You can visit the Beaufort cheese-making workshops in Val-Cenis Lanslebourg, which are open to the public all year round.
